Job Description: Volunteer

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Volunteers to support our programs and events on a PRN (as needed) basis. As a Volunteer with Manifest Academy LLC, you will play a crucial role in helping us carry out our mission by providing assistance with various tasks, including event coordination, administrative support, and community outreach.

We are looking for volunteers in San Antonio, TX, and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of events.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and organizing materials.
• Help with community outreach efforts, such as distributing flyers and promoting events.
• Support the coordination of volunteers and ensure that all tasks are completed effectively.
• Maintain an updated calendar and communicate availability for PRN assignments.
• Engage with event participants and provide excellent customer service.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve future events and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow directions from staff members.
• Reliable transportation for attending events and meetings.
• Flexibility to work on a PRN basis, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to travel up to 15 miles for events or meetings. Travel reimbursement may be offered for extended travel.
• Must be dependable and committed to fulfilling volunteer duties.
